If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:

• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and its packaging

We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Important Notes:

 

• Refunds or replacements are only available for unopened and unused items where applicable.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food items once they have been opened.
• Cuddily Club reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
