Adding a personal touch is easy (and free)! When customising your item, simply enter your baby’s name or text of choice before adding it to your basket. We’ll carefully embroider it onto the fabric, creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake just for you. Please note, the longer the name or text, the smaller the embroidery may appear to ensure a perfect fit.
As everything is handmade here, most of our blanket designs cleverly hide the embroidery! We sew up the blanket after embroidering, so there’s no visible backing - just a perfectly soft, double-sided snuggle buddy. Whoo!!
We want you to love your order! If there’s an issue, please contact us within your return timeframe, which is 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note that because our items are handmade and often personalised, we can’t accept returns on custom orders unless there’s a mistake or fault on our part. If there’s a problem, just reach out - we’re always here to make things right!
