• Free UK Shipping on orders over £50
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
RETURN POLICY
Returns & exchanges:
Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us they wish to cancel their order, and a further 14 days from that notification to return the goods for a refund. Items may be returned and refunded providing the item is unused, in its original condition, and not customised or personalised. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faults & Damages Policy:
Any faults or damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery, with clear photographs. Issues reported after this time will not be eligible for a remedy.
Personalised Items:
Due to the bespoke nature of personalised items, we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty on arrival. If your item is faulty on arrival, please see the Faults & Damages Policy above.
Remedies:
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refunds are only issued where repair or replacement is not possible.
Returns Requirement:
All refunds or exchanges require the item to be returned. We provide a free return label to assist with this.
Use of Items:
Items that have been used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for a refund. This applies except where UK statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods apply.
HANDLING TIMES
What to expect:
As all of our products are made to order, please allow 3–5 working days for us to process, create, and prepare your order for dispatch.
Ready-to-ship items (such as beauty products, journals, confectionery packs, etc.) are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. We’ll always aim to get your order out as soon as we can - thank you for your patience while we create something special just for you & your little one.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Plan ahead:
• United Kingdom: 3 - 5 working days following dispatch
• International Deliveries: 5 - 14 working days, depending on the destination and local customs processing times
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, material limitations or seasonal demand.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally and welcome orders from customers worldwide.
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status and location of your parcel at any time.
