Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please get in touch with us immediately so we can make things right.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

 

Exemptions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items, including sweets and personalised products. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase!

 

 

How to Return

Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• All orders are lovingly prepared within 2-3 business days.
• Pre-ordered or handmade items may take a little longer -specific times will be shared on the product page.

 

Delivery Options:

 

• Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery: Need it quicker? Choose express delivery for 1-2 business day shipping (available at checkout).
