Our Products

 

 

We create and sell handmade baby and pregnancy-themed products, hampers, and gifts.

Please note: As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, or size may occur - this is part of their unique charm!

Ordering Process

 

 

1. Browse our shop and add your chosen items to your cart.

2. At checkout, you can review your order, choose your payment method, and confirm your details.

3. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

4. We will process and dispatch your order within the stated processing times.

Prices & Payment

 

 

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept payment by major debit/credit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and other methods as shown at checkout.

• Payment is taken at the time you place your order, unless you use Klarna’s deferred payment options.

Klarna Payments

 

 

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer the following payment options:

 

• Pay Later in 30 days

• Pay in 3 instalments

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and Klarna’s Privacy Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

 

 

• Processing time before dispatch: we typically run on a 1-3 working day service to process orders, however, when selected fabrics are out of stock, there can be delays while we wait for fabrics to restock and to allow time to make the product. We generally try to keep fabrics stocked at all times.

• Delivery options and timeframes are shown at checkout.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

• We currently ship global. Delivery fees will vary depending on where you are located.

 

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal or courier delays beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

 

 

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

How to return:

 

• Contact us at hi@cuddilyclub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

 

Please note:

 

• Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Due to hygiene reasons, certain baby items cannot be returned once opened.

Cancellations

 

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@cuddilyclub.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund.

Liability

 

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

We cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
