Christmas has finally arrived at Cuddily Club, but are you ready?

Last night we finally launched our long-awaited Christmas Collection, and we are so happy with the feedback so far. I just wanted to come on here and say a huge thank you.

We’ve now completed our final Baby Show of the year - which is where so many of you first discovered us - and stepping into the next few months without the shows feels like a big change for us as a new business. I’ve wondered how we’ll perform without them, but honestly, we have built such an amazing community. Your support means the absolute world, and you truly are helping make my dreams come true. Thank you so much.

Now… let’s talk about today’s topic: CHRISTMAS! Are you ready? Because I swear it comes around faster every single year.

As parents and caregivers, the pressure at this time of year can feel enormous. Making sure all the gifts are sorted, Christmas dinner is planned, travel arrangements are in place, the house is tidy - the list feels endless. And that’s without even mentioning the financial pressure. We all want to give our children everything because of course they deserve it, but then there’s your partner, immediate family, extended family, friends, neighbours, co-workers, Secret Santa… it never ends. So where do we draw the line? And how do we budget for all of it?

I wanted to share something that really helped me this year. Around this time last year, I tried the Loqbox Save scheme (I promise, this is not an ad, I don’t work with them - just something that genuinely helped me!). They offer different services, but I used their Save option where you commit to putting aside a set amount every month - £20, £30, £50, £100, whatever you choose - and after 12 months, that money is released back to you.

I signed up last year and honestly forgot about it because it just went out on direct debit… but last week, I received £600 back from saving £50 a month. And what incredible timing just before Christmas! It honestly took so much stress off my shoulders. Yes, it’s my own money - but because it was “out of sight, out of mind,” it felt like a gift to myself.

So this past week I have been spending the £600 and my Christmas Shopping is pretty much done! This gif is actual footage of me walking around the Trafford Centre last Tuesday.

I know it won’t help much for this Christmas (especially since we now have only 32 days left - yikes!), but it’s definitely something to consider for next year. I’ll pop the link below if you want to read more or try it yourself for 2025.

I’ve nearly finished my shopping now and everything is wrapped away, so I’ve already decided I’m going to continue using Loqbox for the next 12 months as my “Christmas savings pot.”

The Mama Community really does need to stick together, and little hacks like this are so important to share.

Anyway, I know this blog was a bit random, but I was just so excited when that Loqbox email came through. And with how easy Christmas shopping was this year, I just had to share it with you.

While you're here… we’re running a 10% discount across our entire Christmas Collection until midnight tonight only! I’ve added some of the catalogue below if you fancy a little peep. As always, almost everything can be personalised, each piece is handmade, and we’ve used our signature cotton yarns - plus even more organic cotton in this collection.

We really hope you love it.

Thank you so much again for all your support.
